Terms for using Wedding Guest Gallery
These terms are written for couples, guests, and event helpers. They explain what the product does, what customers are responsible for, and how wedding content is handled.
A simple event service, not a social network.
Wedding Guest Gallery helps couples collect photos and videos from guests, manage access, review uploads, and download their event memories after the day.
Who these terms apply to
Customers are the people who create or manage an event. Guests are people who access guest-facing pages, usually by scanning the event QR code. Event admins are people invited by a customer to help manage an event.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for sharing their QR code carefully, choosing appropriate privacy and moderation settings, checking uploads where needed, and downloading anything they want to keep before the hosting period ends.
Customers must give guests appropriate privacy information and have a valid reason for using personal data. Allergy, health, religion, or belief information should only be entered when necessary and with an appropriate special-category condition, such as the guest's explicit consent.
Guest uploads
Guests should only upload photos or videos they are comfortable sharing with the couple and their event audience. Customers can hide, approve, report, download, or delete uploads from their event console.
Access and availability
The service is designed to be available for wedding-day use, but no online service can guarantee perfect availability. We may limit uploads, block abusive traffic, or temporarily restrict features to protect the service and other customers.
Plans, limits, and retention
Plans control video allowance, hosting period, and included features. Retention starts from the wedding date stored on the event. Customers can download original files where available, and optional extensions may be offered for longer hosting. Paid checkout is not active yet; before paid launch, prices, cancellation terms, refund wording, and receipts should be shown clearly before payment.
Support access
Platform support access is separate from event admin access. Support tooling should be used only to diagnose issues, protect the service, and help customers, with access kept limited and auditable.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the product develops. Material changes should be made visible to customers before they affect active events.
Plain-English product terms
This page is intentionally practical. Before taking paid customers, it should be reviewed with formal company details, payment provider terms, refund/cancellation wording, and any jurisdiction-specific legal wording.
