About this guest gallery
This site is here so guests can share photos and short videos from Olivia & Daniel. Access follows the sharing settings chosen by the couple.
Who can see the gallery?
Where private guest access is enabled, the upload page, gallery, slideshow and venue screen require the wedding QR code. Once you scan it, this browser remembers access for the event. Anyone given guest access can see content shared with wedding guests.
What happens when you upload?
Photos and videos you upload may appear in the guest gallery for other wedding guests to see. If you add your name or a caption, that may appear alongside your upload.
Can uploads be removed?
For a short time after posting, you can remove your upload using the same browser. Once that option expires, ask the couple or contact support. The couple can manage uploads from their wedding account.
Hearts and guest names
Hearts are shown to guests as a count. In their wedding account, the couple may be able to see which named guest loved an upload if that guest entered their name on this device.
Song requests
When the couple opens song requests, guests can suggest a title and artist and may add a first name. This browser receives an essential, event-specific identifier so duplicate requests become one vote and repeat votes from this browser are limited. The private DJ link shows only the request queue.
Guestbook memories
Guestbook messages, photos and recordings are shared with everyone who has access to the event, subject to moderation. Where offered, you can choose automatic transcription for a recording. You can amend your entry from the same browser for five minutes after posting.
After the wedding
The couple can download the originals and close the gallery after the event. Hosting lasts for the chosen package period and any extension, followed by a recovery window before deletion.
